Swatch Box does not offer refunds but only in the event if your package is lost in the mail. In the event your packaged is lost or stolen, we recommend reaching out to USPS first. Then Swatch Box will investigate before issuing a refund and/or sending a replacement box. 

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Want it faster? Shipping charges are applied at checkout. 

By purchasing a Swatch Box, you agree to have your email address added to our email subscription list. Don't worry, we keep our emails to a minimum. We dislike spam too. 

Your privacy is very important to Swatch Box and your information will not be sold to third-party companies. 

When ordering subscribing to a Swatch Box, you will be charged the same day the following month. For example, if you subscribe to Swatch Box on May 23, you will be charged on June 23.
